- Mandatory Condition: Customers must provide a 360° unboxing video of the package from the moment it is sealed till the product is fully opened. Without this video, returns/refunds will not be entertained.
- Certain products like (all perishable products, personal care items, hygiene-related products, or food items) are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Tags, labels, and seals must not be removed.
- The 360° opening video must clearly show the unboxing, product condition, and defects (if any).
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear will not be accepted for return.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status:
- Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:UPI / Wallets / Net Banking / Cards → Refund to the same account.Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refund will be issued to your bank account / UPI ID after verification.

4. Exchanges
