1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products are eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
• To complete your return, proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or invoice) is required.
• Mandatory Condition: Customers must provide a 360° unboxing video of the package from the moment it is sealed till the product is fully opened. Without this video, returns/refunds will not be entertained.
• Certain products like (all perishable products, personal care items, hygiene-related products, or food items) are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Tags, labels, and seals must not be removed.
• The 360° opening video must clearly show the unboxing, product condition, and defects (if any).
• Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear will not be accepted for return.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status:

• Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:UPI / Wallets / Net Banking / Cards → Refund to the same account.Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refund will be issued to your bank account / UPI ID after verification.

Please note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at passionjunction.in@gmail.com with your order details along with the 360° unboxing video.

5. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund (unless received in a defective condition with proof via unboxing video):

• Perishable goods (e.g., food products).
• Personal care & hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, or grooming items).
• Products purchased on sale, discounts, or clearance.
• Gift cards, e-vouchers, and downloadable products.

6. Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, except in cases where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
• In such cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse return shipping charges.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged cases).

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may raise a return request after delivery if applicable.
